Rental Prices per Week

Reduced rates are available for rentals of three weeks or more. A deposit of £100 is required on booking, with full settlement to be received four weeks before departure, when final details, keys etc. will be issued. All linen and towels are supplied (with the exception of beach towels). All electricity and service costs are included in the above prices. The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and on your departure. A cleaning fee of 50 Euros is payable locally on arrival.

Please note it is imperative that you are adequately insured for your holiday, ensuring that your policy provides cover for all events including cancellation (see below for cancellation charges), loss of belongings and medical expenses. We cannot accept any responsibility for accident or injury.
